We provide the technical platform for document storage, allocation, versioning, approval logs, change documentation, product pages, QR codes, export and agreed archiving. Roboterausweis remains responsible for the agreed technical services.
The responsible company decides
The applicable legislation, evidence structures, required records, completeness, accuracy, currency, conformity assessment, classification of modifications and resulting manufacturer obligations are determined by the company or its specialist advisers.
No regulatory confirmation
Roboterausweis is not a public authority, certification body, Notified Body, conformity-assessment body, safety inspection body, legal adviser or authorised representative. The platform does not become the manufacturer, importer or distributor of the documented products.
Technical indications
Not recorded, draft, recorded, company-approved, archived, internal and public are organisational descriptions. They do not confirm safety, CE compliance, CRA compliance, AI Act compliance or substantial modification.
Approval and publication
Before approval, authorised users expressly confirm their company responsibility. Visibility and publication are separate decisions. Internal drawings, SBOMs, risk assessments and trade secrets remain protected.
Automated analysis
A future document analysis may generate allocation suggestions. Customers confirm them. Original files are not altered; analysis and warnings do not replace specialist or legal assessment.
