Current scope of the website
The publicly accessible website is an information page with direct email contact. Registration, customer accounts, document uploads, the company portal, web-form transmission and automated email sending are not currently publicly enabled.
Server log data
The website is currently hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, proprietor René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, D-02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Technically necessary data such as IP address, time, requested address, browser information and status codes are processed. This serves delivery, stability and security; where the GDPR applies, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. According to the host’s information, log files are generally deleted no later than seven days after collection; longer retention is possible only in individual cases, for example to defend against attacks.
Contact by email
If you send an email, we process the information it contains to handle your enquiry and to initiate a possible business relationship. Where the GDPR applies, this is done for pre-contractual steps under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or on the basis of our legitimate interest in orderly communication under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Enquiries that do not result in a contract are deleted no later than twelve months after communication ends, unless statutory retention duties or a legitimate reason for further retention applies. Please do not send confidential technical documents or trade secrets in your first contact.
Local Documentation Check
The Documentation Check runs exclusively in the browser. Answers are neither transmitted to Roboterausweis nor stored, written into the URL or added to an email.
No trackers and no external fonts
The public website does not set session cookies or create visitor sessions. The website uses no advertising or analytics trackers, no external font providers and no external QR services. The embedded fonts, images and videos are delivered by this website.
Future customer operation
Should the portal, uploads or customer accounts be enabled later, this will take place only after technical go-live approval, contractual arrangements and updated privacy information for that purpose.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable data-protection law, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent.
