02 · Discuss the project and scope
The first conversation considers the product model, available records, desired evidence structure and target market. Please do not send confidential technical documents at this stage.
03 · Receive a written quotation
Before any engagement, the set-up, any additional work and the agreed scope of service are described separately and clearly. There is no automatic booking and no hidden charges.
04 · Define the structure
For an agreed project, the relationship between model, versions, individual units, modifications and document versions is defined. The selection of applicable rules and responsibility for content remain with the company.
05 · Access only after technical go-live approval
The company portal, registration, customer accounts and document uploads are not currently publicly available. Product access can only be set up after technical go-live approval and an individual agreement.
06 · Responsibility remains with the company
Roboterausweis provides technical infrastructure and structure. The responsible company, or its specialist advisers, decides whether records are complete, which obligations apply and how a modification is to be classified legally.
