Business-to-business service
This service is intended exclusively for businesses and other commercial clients, particularly manufacturers, importers, system integrators and commercial operators of machinery and robotic systems. We do not offer services to consumers.
More than file storage
Technical Documentation, operating instructions, EU Declarations of Conformity, risk assessments, test reports, drawings and maintenance records are given a clear context: company, product model, product version and, where required, the individual unit, modification and machine state.
Product identification
A model is created once. Versions document software, firmware and shared records. Individual units refer to their version and hold their own unit data and modification records. Shared documents do not need to be duplicated for every individual unit.
Document versions instead of overwriting
Every new file receives its own document version with the original filename, checksum, upload time and responsible user. An earlier set of operating instructions, risk assessment or declaration of conformity remains linked to the earlier product state.
Approvals remain the company’s responsibility
Draft, company-approved and archived are technical status descriptions. Approvals record the user, company, time and the related product, product version and document version. A public page contains only expressly selected information and approved document versions.
Define your own evidence structure
The company selects the applicable legislation and standards framework. Roboterausweis does not make a legal classification of a product. The evidence matrix shows the records held and gaps within the selected structure. It confirms neither statutory completeness nor product conformity.
Data control and export
Your rights in your documents remain with you. Product data in CSV and JSON format, the document list, original files, approvals, change history, retrofit history and a structured overall report can be exported together. Archiving and storage volume are agreed contractually.
Documentation independent of the machine
Roboterausweis documents products; it does not control products. There is no connection to an emergency stop, safety controller, motion enablement or automatic firmware installation. Machine operation is independent of the platform’s availability.
