Current public status
Roboterausweis is currently an information and project-enquiry website. Registration, customer accounts, uploads and the company portal are not publicly enabled. Access is set up only after technical go-live approval and an individual agreement.
Machinery and robot manufacturers
A traceable structure can be agreed for product models, versions and technical documents. Shared documents should remain linked to the technical state to which they relate.
System integrators and retrofit companies
The initial state, modification and new machine state can be planned as separate, related records. Legal classification of a complete assembly or a modification remains with the responsible company.
Machine operators
Especially for existing installations, software changes and later conversions, clear allocation of records and product states is helpful. The company itself determines which documents are required.
Importers and private-label businesses
Foreign manufacturers’ records, own brands and different target markets can be included in the project scope. The responsible economic operator assesses potential manufacturer obligations and market requirements.
Manufacturers outside the EU
The service is aimed in particular at businesses selling in the EU and their importers. Roboterausweis does not decide whether records are sufficient for a market.
